Michaell Gullota is the former Executive Chef at Restaurant August in New Orleans. One year ago he opened MoPho in mid-city New Orleans. The restaurant was named as one of the top 50 restaurants in the country by Bon Appetite Magazine. His unique take on Vietnamese cuisine paired with New Orleans influences has critics and patrons raving. Kipper Club is tremendously excited to host Chef Gullota in our test kitchen on January 23rd.
